We're sure you've heard of the big charities like Cancer Research, Blood Cancer UK and Macmillan, but here we hope to share a few smaller charities that have helped us on our journey.

Shine Cancer Support
Shine offers support for people with cancer and their families in their 20s, 30s and 40s.
They run small online groups that I found hugely helpful, as well as in person get togethers locally and nationally

Gamers Beat Cancer
Gamers Beat Cancer is a small charity that offers free consoles and games to families and patients to help manage the mental health aspects of a diagnosis.

Look Good Feel Better
Look Good Feel Better offer support with the physical effects of cancer treatment offering services for women, men and young adults.
They run excellent make up workshops with a great goodie bag of treats!

Move Against Cancer
Move Against Cancer offer support to get active after a cancer diagnosis because it comes with HUGE benefits. They offer a free online program for those aged 18-30, free online sessions, and a monthly 5K Your Way with ParkrunUK
